Business Development Executive

Award winning commercial interiors company seeks a Sales Developer. Have you got what it takes to open doors and close sales?

We are looking for someone with an exceptional can do attitude. You will be presenting at board level and will be working in a business to business environment.

We deliver one of the best fit out service and furniture to client within the region. We believe that our client is king and endeavour to produce a service second to non. You will be joining a highly professional sales team who are committed to delivering results.

We work in a friendly environment and offer 22 days holiday and an extra day served for every year served, together with private health care, subsidised gym membership plus much much more. Our company ethos is that we value our staff and we believe in investing in them, we therefore have a development programme together with training packages that are tailored to each individuals needs.

The position involves the following duties:

  • Identifying business opportunities, via brought in leads, networking, research, and any other method that the company or BDE feels will be effective.
  • Contacting potential clients on the telephone, with a view to making sales appointments.
  • Visiting clients to have meetings at their premises.
  • Taking an accurate brief of the clients needs.
  • Measuring sites if necessary.
  • Effectively communicating the brief to the design team.
  • Presenting the design and quotation to the client.
  • Closing business.
  • Making, call, meeting, & sales targets laid out by the company.

The successful candidate will need to show:

  • A proven record of sales achievement in a similar environment
  • The ability to generate, and develop new business
  • Energy, drive, and enthusiasm
  • Proven ability to negotiate at all level

The position will initially involve a high degree of telephone work, as the successful candidate will need to establish a client base. There are leads provided but you will be required to net work and bring in business independently.

The package has a basic and has uncapped commission.
