PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Procedures are followed on each project to bring about a successful fit out or refurbishment.

Each project is allocated its own dedicated project manager.

It is the interiors project manager's responsibility to bring the project to completion within the timeframes and budgetary constraints whilst keeping a careful eye on quality control, health and safety and good working practices.

We can undertake the role of liaising with all parties involved in the fit out or refurbishment.i.e.:

• Suppliers
• Managing Agent
• Landlord
• Security
• District Surveyor
• Fire Officer
• Health and Safety Executive

We work with our clients to ensure that everybody working on the interior project is informed and up to date with the every day decisions which are necessary on an efficiently run site.

Our comprehensive tender document will ensure there are no nasty surpises. we intend to deliver on time, and in budget on every project

We are very used to working in occupied buildings and working 'around' members of staff safely whilst causing the minimum of disruption.
